Account & authentication

Is it free to create an account?

Yes, creating an account (both personal and business) is completely free.

Can I use my Google or Facebook account?

Yes, you can sign in quickly with Google or Facebook, without creating a separate password.

How do I change my password?

Go to My account from the menu, "Change password" section.

Search & navigation

How do I search for a product?

Use the search bar at the top. You can enter keywords, a brand name or a category name. Advanced filters help you narrow down results.

Can I save a search?

Yes, after performing a search click "Save search". You'll be notified automatically when new products matching your criteria appear.

What are categories with specifications?

Certain categories have additional specification fields (e.g. Brand, Model, RAM for Laptops). These allow detailed filtering.

Buying

How do I buy a fixed-price product?

Open the listing, click "Buy now" or send an offer with your desired amount. If the seller accepts, the order is created.

How do auctions work?

Place a bid higher than the current bid + minimum increment. When the auction expires, the winner receives the order automatically.

Can I send an offer lower than the listed price?

Yes, you can send any valid offer — the seller decides whether to accept or decline it.

Selling

How many listings can I publish?

There is no fixed limit — you can publish as many listings as you want.

How many photos can I add to a listing?

Up to 9 photos per listing, in JPG, PNG or WEBP format.

Can I edit a listing after publishing?

Yes, go to "My listings" and click "Edit" for the desired listing.

Orders & payments

How do I see my orders?

As a buyer: Orders → Purchases. As a seller: Orders → Sales.

Can I generate an invoice?

Yes, from the order page you can generate and download the invoice in PDF format.

Safety

What do I do if a listing is suspicious?

Click the "Report" button on the listing page. Our team will review it as soon as possible.

What do I do if I have a dispute with a seller?

From the order page, click "Open dispute". The support team will mediate the situation.
