Seller's guide

Want to sell a product? This guide teaches you how to create effective listings and manage your sales.

How to publish a listing

    Sign in
    Log in or create a new account (free).

    Click "+ Publish listing"
    The button is in the left menu, after signing in.

    Fill in the details
    • Title — clear and descriptive (e.g. "Dell Latitude 15" Laptop 16GB RAM 512GB SSD")
    • Category — choose the most specific category from the category tree
    • Description — include condition, specifications, included accessories, reason for selling
    • Price — choose "Fixed price" or "Auction"
    • Photos — you can add up to 9 images (JPG, PNG, WEBP)
    • Specifications — fill in category-specific fields (brand, model, etc.)
    • Location — select county and locality

    Publish
    Your listing will be visible immediately on the platform.

Managing listings

From the "My listings" section you can:

  • Edit or update existing listings
  • Delete listings that are no longer relevant
  • View viewing statistics

Managing orders

Go to "Orders → Sales" to see all received orders. You can:

  • Confirm and process orders
  • Generate and download PDF invoices
  • Update order status (processing, shipped, delivered)

Tips for successful listings

💡 Tips:
  • Add clear photos from multiple angles with good lighting
  • Write a title with relevant keywords
  • Fill in all available specifications — they help with filtering
  • Set a competitive price — check prices of similar products
  • Reply quickly to messages — buyers appreciate promptness

Business accounts

If you sell as a company, you can create a business account with:

  • Company name and tax ID
  • Company logo — displayed on listings
  • Registered office address

Business accounts benefit from increased credibility with buyers.
