AllTheProducts (hereinafter "the Platform") is an online marketplace that facilitates listing publication, product search and transactions between users. The Platform is not a party to commercial transactions between users.

2. Registration and accounts

• Any individual or legal entity can register for free.
• The user is responsible for the security of their own account and password.
• Information provided during registration must be real and up to date.
• A user may hold only one account (personal or business).

3. Listing publication

• Listings must describe real products available for sale.
• Publishing listings with illegal, misleading or fraudulent content is prohibited.
• Photos must be of the actual product being offered for sale.
• The Platform reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms.

4. Transactions

• The Platform facilitates but does not financially intermediate transactions.
• Buyers and sellers are responsible for fulfilling their assumed obligations.
• Disputes can be reported through the integrated dispute system.

5. Content and intellectual property

• Users retain rights to their published content (text, photos).
• By publishing, the user grants the Platform a non-exclusive license to display the content.
• Copying or redistributing other users' content without permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

The Platform does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of listed products. Users transact at their own risk. The Platform is not responsible for direct or indirect losses resulting from transactions.

7. Data privacy

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with GDPR. We use data for the purpose of Platform operation and do not share it with third parties, except where required by law.

8. Modification of terms

The Platform reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified in case of significant changes.
